Minutes:

   * Moved that this meeting not approve the minutes for the last AGM as
     they are not available.  Chris Johnson will seek to find them and if found
     he will post them on the TFN website.

   * Moved that a statement of income and expenses be placed on a
     password-protected web page on the TFN website.

     Aye: 8  Nay: 1  Motion carried.

   * Nominations.

     Ryan Sarson, who was the returning officer present at the AGM,
     announced that there were 8 positions to be filled on the board
     and that there were, so far, 4 nominees.

     The following people then nominated themselves, spoke, and answered
     questions, in this order:

     * cq585 Lee MacNeill
     * dn425 Cathy Martens
     * cq495 Howard Lastman

     Those who had submitted their nominations in advance spoke too:

     Upon there being no further nominations, Ryan called nominations
     to a close.  He then reported that there had been 8 positions to
     be filled on the board, and that there were now exactly 8 nominees.
     He therefore pronounced all nominees acclaimed to the board.

   * Moved that the appointment of an auditor be deferred to the board.

   * Motion of thanks to Ken McCracken for past work.

   * Motion of thanks to Iain, Colin, Peri and Ryan for organising the AGM.

   * Move to adjourn the meeting and that the board meet immediately after
     the AGM.
